Do you want to post your video footage but don’t know how? It’s not brain science… all you need is a few minutes of your time, a blog and a dash of creativity.
We all get videos sent to us in emails – virals that make us laugh in hysterics then get lost in the deep, dark realms of our inbox. It’s now possible to store them in one place. See Videomadness For an example.
Travel videos are always a hit too. Upload your panoramas and “hi mum!” messages while you’re still on holiday. Your friends and family can see what you’re up to and get insanely jealous while they’re at it.
Some of you may be the next big with stacks of mini-movies to put on show (Quentin Tarantino eat your heart out!). Or, maybe you’re just one of those annoying people who get their video or phone camera out at every possible moment. Get them online – it’s quicker than a text blog – honest!
Here are 3 simple ways to go about it:
1. Upload a video inside TypePad
Use the upload file tool on the WYSIWYG interface of your account. ie head to the section where you create a new post. For more information on uploading files visit the TypePad Knowledge Base.

The video will appear as a link. ie: Download wed11.wmv
2. Post a video is to using Video Egg:

Your movie will display within your blog like this:
3. You can also create an account on YouTube.com
Sign up and follow the instructions to upload your video here and copy/past the HTLM code on your blog html area. (To get to this section, set up a new post and click on the 'Edit HTML' tab in the top right hand corner).
For example, if you post this code :
